Customer Rides - John's 1976 Volvo 242

"The car was just a shell when we bought it. 1976 through 1990 have the same interior so we found a 1990 with a real nice black interior and proceeded to take every thing out, wire and all; what a job!  It has a 1994 Ford 8.8 explorer narrowed rear end and a 2004 6.0 truck engine with a Corvette front dress and a LS6 intake with a 4L80e trans. Were expecting it to have about 420hp but since it will only weigh about 3100 it won't have any problem keeping up with the competition. We have a long way to go but hope to be done some time this year."
