This is our very own 1968-1974 Pontiac Round Port graphite exhaust manifold gasket set!
For Pontiac Round Port Head numbers: R96A, 614, 197, 191, 7F6, 16X
PRODUCT FEATURES:
- Made in USA on our own tooling
- 1/8" thick gasket material (uncompressed)
- Compresses up to 50%
- Fills pitting and slightly warped surfaces for a perfect seal
- Stress relaxation <10% (No re-torque required)
- Graphite material will not burn out
- Gasket has a Stainless Steel core sandwiched between two graphite layers.
- 1- 7/8" port diameter
- Open end bolt holes for easy installation
INSTALLATION TIPS:
- DO NOT BEND (These gaskets will break if you bend them too far)
- DO NOT use sealants
- Hang manifolds or headers on heads with end two bolts and slide the gaskets in between
- DO NOT over torque (20 ft-lbs)
